President

With over 15 years of leadership in the commercial flooring industry, Kevin brings a rare combination of high-level strategic vision and deep-seated technical mastery to his role as President. His career has been defined by a "hands-on" philosophy—believing that the best leaders are those who truly understand the craft from the ground up.

As the driving force behind our business development and client relations, Kevin has built a reputation for integrity and reliability. He doesn't just oversee projects; he builds the strong, lasting relationships that serve as the foundation of our company’s success.

Marcella Gastrich

Marcella is a highly skilled Architect and Urban Planner with over a decade of experience in transforming complex visions into functional, beautiful realities.

After earning her Bachelor’s in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Cuiabá in 2010, she became a licensed professional in Brazil in 2011. Committed to mastering the nuances of atmosphere and environment, she furthered her expertise with a Master’s in Interior Design and Lighting in 2012.

Throughout her career, Marcella has developed a diverse portfolio featuring:

  • Retail & Mixed-Use Projects: Designing commercial spaces that balance aesthetic appeal with high-traffic functionality.

  • Interior Design & Space Planning: Creating intuitive layouts that maximize utility and enhance user experience.

  • Master Planning: Approaching large-scale developments with a strategic, urban-focused lens.
